[Story] Scorecard tests with Cryostat Agent

We should have scorecard tests that use the Cryostat Agent instead of remote JMX. This would involve:

1. Adding a CI job, possibly to the Cryostat Agent repo, that builds a sample application container image with the appropriate Cryostat agent jar included with it.
2. Write a Scorecard test that deploys and configures the sample application to successfully register with Cryostat and perform the recording actions in the existing cryostat-recording test.
