Button flickering while editing form

When editing a form, the submit button often flickers.
This may be due to the fact that the logic behind setting the button "disabled" status is updated every time some form input is edited.
This behavior can be found on the following forms:

• Submit bounty
• Sponsor bounty
• Submit exploit
