Implement Symbol formatter for output of all clients

Some changes have varying names for symbols (for example Kraken uses XBTEUR, instead of BTCUSD).

Implement a decorator ( ? ) taking care of this.

Clarification: Stick to ISO format names, converting BTC to XBT, for example. Other Cryptocurrencies will have the X prefixed;
