Fix documentation method.

I made a mistake centralizing all of the docs here. What I didn't consider was that for each repo, docs will change with commits - this is how good software evolves. It's too unwieldy to change docs in this repo. This repo should simply pull the latest README for each project and include it; also should contain examples on integration, etc.
