Notifications not shown when freshly installed on Android 13

- Cryptomator: 1.8.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. If required uninstall Cryptomator
2. Install Cryptomator 1.8.0
3. Unlock vault

Expected Behavior

Notification are shown

Actual Behavior

No notifications are shown

@IMXEren I saw in #484 (comment) that you had problems with the notification permission. Do you want to test this fix as well? Maybe @User89182 too?

This fix will also make it into version 1.8.1 tomorrow. If you want to test, I created again a debug build, you can download it using the following link: https://static.cryptomator.org/tmp/presentation-apkstore-debug-1.8.1-SNAPSHOT-permissions-android13-fix.apk (note the difference between permission and permissions in the previous link^^, could be easier 😅)

Please verify it before installing.

This debug build does have a separate package name so you can install it next to the release version but is the same as before so if you still have the other debug version running and update is made. This version contains both fixes for the 1.8.1

Yes, I forgot to mention that it was greyed out. Tried the debug build and there are no issues. Thanks for noticing it and mentioning.
