Can you please enable debug mode, reproduce the problem and send us the log file? https://community.cryptomator.org/t/how-do-i-enable-debug-mode-on-android/66

I'll try again, but you have to first open a file that can be actually opened, in my case I've opened a pdf file first otherwise the bug won't appear

Hi, here another attempt with the debug mode enabled, let me know if it is enough.

I think I found the cause. Can you please try to reproduce it using the following APK: https://static.cryptomator.org/tmp/presentation-playstore-debug-download-fix.apk
The SHA256 of this file is 5db65cee66f53114013a7080ebdd7215ff98f96cc5e755b3fe512a8a3d3d39ec

You can install it next to your Cryptomator version, it does have a yellow background in the icon. Please try to reproduce it using this develop build version.

If you do not have a license key and bought the app using Google Play please send us an email to support@cryptomator.org .

I will give it a try and let you know the results, yes I've bought the app through the Google Play store, I've just sent the email.
