Create a plugin that allows for users to ping lion to display a FAQ message. To add FAQs, users can suggest a FAQ entry and entries would have to be approved on a rolling basis or periodically (monthly or per cycle). Approved entries should award the user with 10 tacos. (okay we can debate on how many tacos they should get)

Invocations:

List off FAQs
!faq list

Suggest an entry
!faq add <entry>
