Cannot get the example running 😔

Hello 👋
Thanks for making this awesome package. I'm very new to the flutter world, and was trying to get a simple Speech to Text example running in my iPhone simulator, but after spending about a day, I cannot get the provided example in the documentations running for version 5.4.2. The issue is that I can run the code, but nothing happens and using debugLogging: true didn't produce anything.

Context

• This is the example in the documentation I was trying reproduce. Here is my code.
• I was able to run small examples of old versions (~3) by flutter run --no-sound-null-safety only.
• As mentioned above, I couldn't get any error log (I might be missing something completely tho)
• My Flutter version is 2.8.1
• My iOS simulator: iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15.2

Any help is really really appreciated 🙏

It turns out that is the issue when I run it on Simulator ... it works fine on device
