colon-space acceptable values #115

Why are there so many ways to set no spaces around :?

colon-space: false
colon-space: ''
colon-space: ':'
colon-space: ['', '']

Why does this option accepts an Array while other options don't?

Why does false means no space before + no space after, but true means no space before + a space after?

combinator-space also accept array in the same way.

Anyway, I'd close this issue as dup of the next one — #116, 'cause it is more general problem and should be discussed in one place.
