mmcv 无法导入 DictAction， mmcv.runner无法导入init_dist #165

torch版本1.3.1, CUDA版本10.1, mmcv通过pip install -r requirements.txt安装。cuda的PATH已配置，显卡驱动版本510.73.05满足CUDA10.1要求

执行test.py时，报错ImportError: cannot import name 'init_dist' from 'mmcv.runner' (/home/yun/MyTools/Anaconda3/envs/ReDet/lib/python3.7/site-packages/mmcv/runner/init.py)

请问出现这个情况的原因是各种包的版本不匹配还是硬件导致的问题呢？我的显卡是1060

已解决，重新安装正确版本的mmcv即可
