think about accelerating proxy

Someone writes this repo to speed up speed up transmission.

While, I think we can write a better version about speeding up transmission between proxies.

How to? The bottleneck link is between the oversea server and your PC.

The usage of 'finalSpeed' is like this:
Proxifier - shadowsocksClient - finalSpeedClient - finalSpeedServer - shadowsocksServer.
It is stupid...

A better accProxy may like this:
accProxyClient - accProxyServer.
While, the accProxyClient contains the function of proxifier.

I didn't further try and turned to other similar implementation namely sshuttle. I will come back when no need to disable SIP for Proximac.
