These additions to CSV seem interesting and you may want to submit this to data protocols for inclusion. Just open an issue at:

Aside: Maybe call extended csv - ECSV ;-)

@rgrp Thanks for the kind words. These CSV(2) notes are still a work-in-progess. It's a start for documenting the world.db, football.db, beer.db "extended" csv-like plain-text formats. For the extension - I like .txt or .text ;-) Have a great weekend. Thanks again for the encouragement. Cheers.
