Auto next day for winner broke

Fix so that if someone wins a tournament and then creates a new one it defaults to the right time.

This used to work as long as the person logged in to the lobby before the game started and stayed in the lobby without refreshing until asking to create a tournament. I don't know when it broke, but IIRC, some people were reporting it having broken when it seemed to work for me, but the last couple of times I've won it's happened to me, too, and jpmassar reported it tonight:

jpmassar: The auto-next-day-same-time-for-next-tournament feature seems permanently broken?

If I can reproduce it, it'll be trivial to fix. If I can't reproduce it, I'll add a bunch of tracing and then it should be trivial to fix once I get the logs.

I was able to get it to trigger locally, but not on my first try. I should be able to track this down though now that I'm no longer working on table splitting.
