Changing the name of the Enums from REDCap front-end #69

Hello,

I love the module you've built. The one issue I'm having is that we use different terminology for enums than the pre-coded ones provided in the diagram (E.g. for the Rhuematoid_man we number the fingers and toes instead of using their colloquial names like pinky toe). I've tried renaming them in the REDCap form builder but the the original names are the only thing that is displayed when hovered over. I also notice that even when unused options are deleted in the form builder they are still selectable on the diagram.

I imagine that the fix to this problem is to rename the enums in the html file before adding the module to the REDCap project. The problem is that I (and many REDCap users) have to go through a central administrator to make any back-end changes. These administrators are juggling an institution's worth of REDCap instances and requesting specific customizations for individual projects is often a pretty arduous process. On my end adding the image-map module itself was quite time consuming and required security validations and authority signoff before being implemented.

If there is any way to customize the diagram selection options on the front-end user side it would be very helpful. I completely understand if limitations of REDCap make this impossible, but I figured I would ask,

Thanks in advanced!
