Not able to register

Hello,

I am having an issue where I cannot progress beyond the initial screen during the 2FA setup.

Here's the sequence of events:

1. I enter my login credentials.
2. I am directed to a screen displaying recovery codes and a 'Continue to setup' button.
3. Upon clicking the 'Continue to setup' button, I can see the URL changing to '/google2fa/register' in the address bar. However, I am not shown the activate device screen.
4. Each subsequent click of the 'Continue to setup' button simply reloads the initial screen.

I've noticed that each time I press the 'Continue to setup' button, a new record is created in the user_2fa table with my user_id, and the previous record is deleted.

I followed each item in the setup guide. Is something still missing in the setup.
