At the very least, it's missing a line with End.

However, I can't seem to get it to work by just adding that line and using the following scramble file:

Scramble Aperm
CORNERS
2 3 1 4 5 6 7 8
EDGES
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12
End

Fixed by ca67fb7.

I encountered this issue because I added an extra newline at the end. ksolve can't handle that right now.
