When the scrolling area is too small, the scroller will roll back to the "next page" ( the tag snapped to) to the previous one. For example, I use option.snap to build a number roller, the container is very narrow only one number could be seen, and others are all covered hidden. Now I'm at number 2, I scroll to 8 by mouse or touch, when the roller goes to 8 (at this time the pointer or my finger is outside the container), I release, the roller will roll back to number 3, but I roll to 8 again, the roller will stop at 8. This happens sometimes. And if I hold a little longer before I release, this promblem won't occur. I've tried both when useTransform is true or false. The option has only snap and useTransform.
