Bundles configuration enable list showing blank on sites after updating #603

After updating sites via inventory, bundles configuration (admin/settings/bundles/list) shows blank. Clearing cache with drush cc all doesn't help. New site installs also show blank bundles configuration but displays fine after after running drush cc all.

Fixed - updated to release/2.2.7 from 2.2.6
