As we continue to refine the development workflow for Express, these monthly-ish sprint plan posts should improve. We are still using Jira for issue tracking and haven't automated a way to push sanitized versions of the issues from Jira to GitHub. As a result, the issue titles have limited value.

2.3.0 has been pushed to production for Express service users and Pantheon. End user release notes have been published to https://www.colorado.edu/webcentral/2016/12/06/web-express-updates-december-12-2016. A more technical retrospective was emailed to growing list of technical contacts building on Express.
