allow tagging individual outline examples

Hello,

would be useful to allow tagging individual outline examples and outline example tables. That would allow for easy ,mapping between scenarios/outlines and external test case management systems. For example to run test case management test case xyz, one can tag one or more examples of scenarios with @xyz tag. Exact convention up to user, this is illustrative.
