@eichmann You said these are loaded up on deepthought. Do you have sample URLs that I can use to create the configs? Mostly looking for jsp names and supported entities.

@elrayle these follow my now standard scheme - getty_batch.jsp and getty_lookup.jsp. The valid entity types are Concept, Organization, Person and Place for AAT, ULAN, ULAN and TGN data, respectively. Hence: http://deep-thought.slis.uiowa.edu/ld4l_services/getty_batch.jsp?query=Mark+Twain&entity=Person&maxRecords=5

@eichmann Is there a way to specify the search should be of AAT or ULAN or etc. only? Does getty_batch search all (i.e., AAT, ULAN, TGN, etc.)?

From slack conversation...

Vocabs are represented as entities on triplestore server:

"ulan":    "Person",
"ulan":    "Organization",
"tgn":     "Place",
"aat":     "Concept"

I am setting up separate authority configurations for QA to allow specification of context to be different for each auth.

  • getty_ulan_ld4l_cache with two subauths Person, Organization (default includes results from both); no context
  • getty_tgn_ld4l_cache with no subauths; includes gvp:parentString as context
  • getty_aat_ld4l_cache with no subauths and no context
