Issue description:
Compare the performance and accuracy of tools commonly used in power systems with standard cases.

Involved tools:
Dynamic: LTB ANDES, PSS/E, PowerWorld, PSAT, and PowerSimulationsDynamics.jl.
Dispatch: LTB AMS, MATPOWER, pandapower, and PSAT.

Expect outcome:
A program that benchmarks the involved software with standard input cases.
A program that automatically runs the benchmark and collects the results regularly.
A web to show the most recent results.
