Describe the solution you'd like
Global Filter -> Match conditon support options like IS, IS NOT , Exists, Not Exists, however, IS/IS NOT/Exists can be implemented by regex, but nothing I can do for a conditon Key Not Exists

I want to prevent some requests which don't contain a header 'referer'.
