For some reason, the authors-per-year.plot script often doesn't get the first-timers shown correctly for the last year in the graph. 2020 here:

The CSV output shows there to be 40 authors, out of which 20 are first-timers. But the SVG shows something else!

Fixed in commit 1b550e6 by setting the y axis 0 based.
