unable to start gui since 2.0.0 beta.16

Not sure what I do wrong, I did npm uninstall in previous folder, npm install in new one, server seems starting but no gui shows up (previous version started gui for me). This is last I see:

$ npm run dev

> currency-cop@2.0.0-beta.16 dev /home/hatani/Downloads/currency-cop-2.0.0-beta.16
> webpack-dev-server --hot --host 0.0.0.0 --config=./webpack.dev.config.js

Project is running at http://0.0.0.0:8080/
webpack output is served from /
Content not from webpack is served from /home/hatani/Downloads/currency-cop-2.0.0-beta.16/dist
