Feature Request: Portfolio Search/Filter #144

Request to have a search box added to the top of each portfolio so that we can filter to only show items which match the search string.

This will aid with finding distinct items within the portfolio.
Behaviour to emulate the behaviour of the search facility in PoE stash tabs.

Recommend to have the filter only display items which match the search string.
This may help with the scrolling issue.
