Mod gets detected by the game's anti-cheat as of the latest patch (2024-01-18)

Its likely this will be a issue for a while.

Nexon has increased the "power" of NGS with this last update.

Even something as simple as a 2 byte patch being done manually is being detected.

It is being looked into by smart monkeys but it will take time before any memory patcher mod gets fixed.

Keep your bananas in a bunch and wait.

If the smarter apes then me find out we have to break the anticheat to make patches work again its likely the patch wont come out or will take a really long time.
