We could enable our stableswap and cryptoswap pools to ramp A and/or gamma just like the real pools can. This may be useful to know how trading during an A/gamma ramp could affect pool metrics.

cryptopool.vy and tricrypto_ng.vy handle ramping when A() or gamma() call _A_gamma().
