言語を切り替えると起動不能になる

再現方法

設定画面を出す
次のいずれかに言語を切り替える ja-KS,es-AR,fr-FR （この3言語にて確認しましたが他にもあるかも）
設定画面より戻るとクライアント領域が真っ白になり、終了後起動させると同じ真っ白画面になる
/tl/speech.ts:8 const $voiseName = lang.lang_speech においてlang=Nothingになっており TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'lang_speech')　で停止

環境

OS: Windows 10 Pro
バージョン: 24.0.10
インスタンス: social.vivaldi.net

追記
fork版でも発生する
%appdata%/roaming/thedesk/language をメモ帳で開き、言語コードを「ja」に書き換えて保存し、TheDeskを再度起動すると復旧する
