UI can't sort jobs by frame intersection with GT job on the task quality page

Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
• I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a task with a GT job and several annotation jobs
2. Add some annotations, finish the GT job
3. Get the quality report computed
4. Go to the list with jobs on the task quality page
5. Click several times on the Frame intersection column to use different sortings

Sorting seem to use the job id instead of the intersection data. None of the sorting variants put 0 into the top or bottom of the list.

Expected Behavior

The jobs are sorted using according to the intersection.
