I would like to know if it is possible to use it with Blackboard?

Hello, if i'm not mistaken, blackboard uses a multi tenant system for LTI, this means that version 4.1.1 of Ltijs should work fine, but every Blackboard platform will be treated as the same (Will have the same platform url), that does not cause many issues, but it's not ideal. The new 5.0 release will fix this issue and introduce full support to multi tenant, it should come out later this week, since im just finishing updating the docs.
