This view should probably reside at the following URI:

http://octopusci.yourcompany.com/defcon

This view should show you a listing of all of the repositories that Octopusci is managing and the status of the most recent build of their master branch.

It should also have a way of notifying the viewers if any of the statuses are bad. Maybe by changing the background color to red or something.

per stlewis:

background goes red when there;s a failure, and the box for the individual branch/repo goes red. style things similar to standard dashboard/

This should also have a checkbox on the page that will allow you to control if it plays a siren sound when it checks or not. If the siren noise is enabled which should be the default then when it checks and the defcon screen background goes red it should also play the siren noise. That way it keeps reminding you it is in a bad state, but if you get sick of it you can uncheck the checkbox to disable the siren.

The next time you reload this page the siren should be re-enabled by default.
