Cypress : getting Timeout error with every script for long time, cypress is getting hang almost every time if the script runs and i have to run it again then i have to terminate cypress and open again.

cypress testrunner is getting freezed When

1. If i keep cypress testrunner open for around more than 1 min it will get freeze i will have to terminate that and open a new one, i have to run the test instantly
2. In Cypress script i can only do anything on same tab if i switch to some other link and the domain of the link is same still i will get timeout error.
3. Many times test does not run gives timeout error i have tried by increasing the page load timeout but it does not load.
4. Whenever the "A chrome update is available" pop-up is shown the time out error or the Cypress teat runner gets freeze.
5. when running a test i can not switch to another browser (like electron or other ) can not navigate to specs or any thing else

These issues were resolved when i took the Cypress folder structure of some other person so within this folder i can run tests none of above issues i face within this folder. I tried to only code the node module folder and pasting it in my cypress folder but it did not work as well.
and if i create new folder and install cypress there i face all the above issues

I have tried installing newer version of cypress and Nodejs they are up-to-date,
I have tried by removing node module and reinstalling,
i have tried other things as well kindly help with this
