Summary

I wonder if it's possible to make it easier for the user to change the spec name in this dialog by a) focusing the input, b) selecting the filename, and c) using an explicit background color for the highlighted area, like https://www.loom.com/share/778f2b74129849dc8df6be8e06252963

The code for this is done in cypress-io/cypress#22284, but has yet to be released.
We'll update this issue and reference the changelog when it's released.
