Current behavior:

The Desktop GUI persists the file search between projects that have no project ID.

Desired behavior:

Each project persists its search separately.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Open a project without a project ID
  • Search for a file
  • Close the project
  • Open another project without a project ID
  • See that the previous search is still there
