I noticed that, when an invoice is sent, the end user aka the customer can add note.....when they add notes, it looks like a chat with the admin showing as sender and when you reply the note in the back-end, it also tags your admin user name so here you wont know who added what note...i hope i am clear here...if i have a the customer name saved, the name should go with invoice on the portal so if they choose to add a note to invoice, their name can be next to what they typed
