Editor not working in VSCode

Hey @cytostatic ,

I like the idea of this project and hope you keep working on it. Just wanted to let you know the open editor isn't working in my VSCode and I am not sure why exactly. I am not getting any errors. I tried pressing F1 (Windows), I type mjml, I see the Open Mjml Editor and press it but nothing happens. If you could please help me out or fix this issue when you get time thanks

Sorry, turns out the edotor didnt open because there was a syntax error in my mjml file. Maybe displaying a warning or error if an invalid mjml file is detected in the future would be a good addition to this extension. Anyways thanks for the work you put into this editor its very nice, much appreciated!!!
