For users who don't have the xcscmblueprint/xccheckout files in their project, ask them to create a simple bot (write a step by step guide with screenshots) and then ask them to pick it from a picker inside of Builda. What we'll do is we'll pull the bot's blueprint down, dump it into their workspace/project and ask them to commit it to SCM. This should hopefully fix it for almost everyone!
