From now on, we only support Xcode 7 (== v3) Xcode Server API. Any attempts to use it with a higher or lower API version fails gracefully, providing a descriptive error.
The last version supporting Xcode 6 API is 0.0.4. From now on we'll focus on Xcode 7.
