Tarball install for Debian 8 currently broken #8

The init script on Debian 8 is not working.

root@tarball-debian-81:/home/vagrant# /etc/init.d/neo4j-service start
[....] Starting neo4j-service (via systemctl): neo4j-service.serviceFailed to start neo4j-service.service: Unit neo4j-service.service failed to load: No such file or directory.
 failed!
