Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

When I use the pfp CLI command, I often wish it showed the offset of the fields along with the parsed DOM.

Describe the solution you'd like

A new flag, --show-offsets or --offsets to turn on offsets within the parsed input stream of all fields
