More Oracle datatype compatibility issues

The following sort-of-standard types occurred often in a large collection of Oracle example tables (type name, size, JDBC code):

XMLTYPE(2000) (2009)
ROWID(10) (1111)
ANYDATA(3752) (1111)
INTERVAL YEAR(2) TO MONTH(2) (-103)

These types are currently not handled by D2RQ.
