Clowncart does not properly consume traitor banana peels

The clowncart doesn't eat traitor banana peels created when it is emagged when you insert them into it, but simply tells you that "it cannot be repaired anymore" and refuels to clowncart with no expense.
This is terrible because it allows for infinite banana peel spam with an emagged clowncart.
This is probably related to them being traitorpeels, but nontheless is still horrifying.
