Not sure if we can or should handle this, but maybe for page reloads within a certain time window we can keep the wallet connected?

I think this is probably an issue with cw-dao-dapp. The smart contract doesn't handle Keplr connectivity.

#96 will solve this IMO, or at least make it much more bearable as the user will only have to connect their wallet when they want to take an action.
