IE shows alle inputs as text

seems attribute "type" won't be parsed for internet explorer. so every input tag will be shown as text.

Thanks a lot! I didn't test it very thoroughly in IE. Seems as if it needs the type attribute during creation (in other browser you just can't change it once it has been set). The issue should now be fixed in the latest commit.

There seem to be some other issues with IE which I will get to shortly.
