Hi David, this error is likely related to serverless CPU/memory usage reaching its limits. We are working on improving observability for this type of troubleshooting. Could you please submit a support ticket from your Dagster+ account so we can assist you with the most relevant information? You can do so by clicking the “?” icon in the top right corner and select “Create a support ticket.” ![]() |

Hello,
We cannot run any jobs using dagster cloud + serverless. The control plane is up, but attempting to run any job returns a 504 like this:
There is nothing on your status page and we have no ability to escalate or open a support ticket. Is there any way that we can please get eyes on this?
