Auto-materialize evaluation history asset modal impossible to work with

What's the issue?

When you click "X parents updates" or "Waiting on X assets", the list of assets constantly changes its sort, so it's extremely difficult to identify all of the assets and open them in other tabs.

What did you expect to happen?

The list of assets should have a stable sort.
