Dagster Webserver - Missing or faling partitions filter when reporting materialization events

What's the use case?

I would like to be able to report materialization events in past time partitions without having to either select them one-by-one or select ranges with completed partitions.

Ideas of implementation

Provide a checkbox to filter only failed and missing partitions similarly to regular materialize menu.
