gridify.js

Gridify.js an AJAX gridsystem similar to that of Google images with some added extra functionality.

The plugin:

  • Uses the HTML 5 History API
  • AJAXes in content
  • Enables functioning forward/back buttons
  • Uses smooth dynamic animations
  • Is SEO freindly
  • Customisable
  • Has initialize and loadedContent callbacks
  • Uses WaitForImages to allow content to be fully loaded before displaying

Please post your feedback to let me know what you think! I'd love to know if you are using it on your site, tweet me the URL and any comments you have @dahliacreative / #gridifyjs.

N.B. gridify.js is currently untested with any History API polyfills. If you have any success using gridify.js with a History API fallback, mainly history.js then please let me know and I will update the documentation to reccommend it.
Please note, the HTML5 History API will not work with local files and therefore you must run your project on a server or run locally on MAMP or POW or somethign similar.
