RxKii: RxJava 2 wrapper for Kii Cloud

RxKii is a RxJava 2 wrapper library for Kii Cloud.
This library returns Single or Completable or Observable of RxJava 2.

NOTE: NOT compatible with RxJava 1.

Sample usage
